Years ago, I was overweight and wanted to join the army, but losing the weight was a daily struggle.

I pushed myself to the limit, and though I eventually succeeded, the process was exhausting. Years later, I found myself facing the same battle again, this time as a soldier with an incredibly demanding schedule.
